Shipping Information

Shipping Methods and Cost:
Shipping delivery time provided below is an estimate only. Packages will on average, arrive sooner than these dates. Variables like weather, route, or other uncontrollable circumstances may cause your package to be delayed and delivered beyond what is estimated.
STANDARD ($6.95 & up): Receive in 3-5 business days from the day order is shipped.
EXPRESS ($25.00 & up): Receive in 1-3 business days from the day order placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders will be delivered in roughly 10-20 business days; however, timing will vary depending on your location. It is the customer's responsibility to track and follow up with the local post office once the shipment has entered the country. We are not responsible for any customs or import fees placed on orders entering foreign countries. *The shipping fee is not the customs fee for the order.


Order Cancellation/Modification

An order cannot be cancelled or modified once the order has already been placed. If a customer no longer needs the product(s), she/he can refuse the package on its delivery day (Refuse the package). Customer will be refunded for the ordered items only. Orders cannot be cancelled via email or phone.


Delivery Delays:
Please be advised the above timeframes are approximations, and may be affected by weather, postal system delays, customs clearance, etc. We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect addresses, incomplete shipping addresses, customer not being home to sign for the package, or any other delays that may occur.

Business day cutoff time is 2 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Order received after 2 pm EST will be processed the next business day. *Order processing for certain brands may take 24-48 hours.
Shipment tracking number is emailed to the customer within 2-3 business days from the order date. It is customer's responsibility to track the package on www.usps.com. Once tracking information has been provided, that specifies your package has been picked up by USPS from our facility.
We ship to APO/FPO addresses and to all military bases.

NOTE: To insure delivery of your package, we may add a signature confirmation to your package. If you would like to remove the signature confirmation, please send us an email with your order number.

Maintenance is key! Our hair can last a very long time depending on the product and how well it is treated. Treat the hair like your own hair and a simple maintenance regiment will elongate the lifespan of all our products.

Human hair and Synthetic hair are becoming more similar as technology and methods advance. All types of human hair have natural proteins (ex: Keratin) in each strand. Human hair tends to be softer to the touch compared to Synthetic hair.

Human hair can be more closely identified by burning and smelling the hair. Human hair will turn into ash, which will dissolve after pinching. Certain types of lower quality, and chemically treated human hair will show white smoke when burning and will have a fouler smell. Moreover, human hair will take on characteristics of real hair, such as a few split ends. We thoroughly inspect all products, and have high quality control standards to ensure our products meet all of our customer’s needs.

Synthetic hair is usually rougher in texture, than human hair. Synthetic hair tends to ball up, and have a sticky texture after burning. Almost all synthetic hair will show black smoke which should not be inhaled, as this can be hazardous to your health.
