WE ARE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP!

We are pleased to accommodate exchanges and returns within 21 days on all products that are in its original packaging and have not been worn or tampered with.  Please e-mail us at support@manegang.com to initiate your return and we will be more than happy to assist you further.

Here are some FAQ in regards to our return policy:

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

E-mail us at support@manegang.com with your order # as well as the reason for returning.  We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your product(s) back.  All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund.  Items must be in its original packaging, and have not been worn or tampered with.

2. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

We will provide a refund on unopened hair product(s) within industry leading twenty one (21) days on all products of the date that you receive your product(s).No returns or exchanges on final sale items

3. WHY ARE MANEGANG PRODUCTS NON-RETURNABLE IF WORN?

Human hair products are considered a hygienic product with strict shipping regulations. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow worn or tampered items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone – other hair suppliers do not allow returns of worn items for the same reasons.

4. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

We will review each case independently and make a decision upon further details.  In most cases, unless the item is defected, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because ManeGang will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on any international package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A refund for only the item(s) purchased will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned product(s) were not worn or tampered with. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.

Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
